When you receive your goods from us you must check that they are correct, i.e. as ordered, without opening them in any way - this includes the removal of any outer wrapper. Should you find the goods to be defective or incorrect, you must inform us within 7 working days. You must keep all of the original packaging, including the outer packaging, for use if returning the goods. For incorrect goods, they must be returned entirely unopened. We will repair or replace the item(s) or refund your payment, as appropriate.
When making contact with us, obtain a returns authorisation number before returning any item to us. Items which are not accompanied by a returns authorisation number will not be accepted.
All other reasons for returning goods which are unopened and in their original condition with all tags and/or packaging are at our discretion.
With the exception of defective or incorrect goods, you must bear the cost for the delivery back to us. You are responsible for the returned goods arriving in perfect condition. The use of a 'signed-for' delivery service is recommended.
